The Future Mobility Labs are a cooperation between ERCIS and Transdev. Transdev, part of the Rethmann Group, is the second largest rail and bus company in Germany. Worldwide, Transdev is the largest private mobility company, active in 19 countries and with over 102,000 employees.

Mara Burger

ERCIS

Mara Burger is a research associate at ERCIS and a research assistant and doctoral candidate at the Chair of Information Systems and Business Process Management at the University of Münster. In addition to her teaching activities, in particular in the project seminars Future Mobility Lab at the University of Münster and Modeling of Enterprises, she has worked for other funded projects such as the AI-bility project and Agentive.

Henrik Behrens

Transdev

Henrik Behrens is Managing Director of Transdev Verkehr GmbH and Regional Manager Southwest at Transdev. After studying industrial engineering, he developed the bus and rail activities of the Rethmann Group from 1998. Since 2019, the owner-managed Rethmann Group has been a shareholder in Transdev, the world's leading mobility company.

Prof. Dr. Jan vom Brocke

ERCIS

Jan vom Brocke ist Direktor des European Research Center for Information Systems (ERCIS) und Professor und Lehrstuhlinhaber für Wirtschaftsinformatik und Geschäftsprozessmanagement an der Universität Münster in Deutschland. Er hat unter anderem in Management Science, MIS Quarterly, Information Systems Research, Journal of Management Information Systems, Journal of Information Technology, Journal of the Association for Information Systems, European Journal of Information Systems, Information Systems Journal, Journal of Strategic Information Systems und MIT Sloan Management Review veröffentlicht. Er ist Autor und Herausgeber zahlreicher bahnbrechender Bücher, darunter das International Handbook on Business Process Management, BPM – Driving Innovation in a Digital World, Green Business Process Management und die Business Process Management Cases Band eins und zwei.Prof. vom Brocke ist Gastprofessor an der Universität Liechtenstein und wurde zum Fellow der Association for Information Systems (AIS), zum Fellow des ESCP Center for Design Science in Entrepreneurship, zum Schoeller Senior Fellow der Friedrich-Alexander-Universität (FAU) in Deutschland und zum Distinguished Professor der National University of Ireland, Maynooth University (MU) ernannt.

Hans Näscher

ERCIS

Hans Näscher is a Master's student of business informatics at the University of Münster and a student assistant in the Future Mobility Lab. He was a participant in the second project seminar and thus part of the fraud detection project in collaboration with Transdev.
