Mara Burger

ERCIS

Mara Burger is a research affiliate at the European Research Center of Information Systems and a research assistant and PhD student at the Chair of Information Systems and Business Process Management at the University of Münster. Apart from her teaching, especially in the project seminar Future Mobility Lab at the University of Münster and Modelling businesses, she has worked for other funded projects like the AI-bility project and Agentive.

Henrik Behrens

Transdev

Henrik Behrens is Managing Director of Transdev GmbH with responsiblity for the bus division as well as Chairman of the Managing Directors of Transdev SE & Co. KG and Group Chief Development Officer of Transdev Group SA. , will be the new Managing Director of Transdev GmbH with responsibility for the Bus division.

Prof. Dr. Jan vom Brocke

ERCIS

Jan vom Brocke is the Director of the European Research Center for Information Systems (ERCIS) and he is a Professor and Chair of Information Systems & Business Process Management at the University of Münster in Germany. He has published among others in Management Science, MIS Quarterly, Information Systems Research, Journal of Management Information Systems, Journal of Information Technology, Journal of the Association for Information Systems, European Journal of Information Systems, Information Systems Journal, Journal of Strategic Information Systems, and MIT Sloan Management Review. He is an author and editor of many seminal books, including the International Handbook on Business Process Management, BPM – Driving Innovation in a Digital World, Green Business Process Management, and the Business Process Management Cases volume one and two. Prof vom Brocke is a Visiting Professor at the University of Liechtenstein, and he has been named a Fellow of the Association for Information Systems (AIS), a Fellow of the ESCP Center for Design Science in Entrepreneurship, a Schoeller Senior Fellow at Friedrich Alexander University (FAU) in Germany, and a Distinguished Professor at the National University of Ireland, Maynooth University (MU).

Hans Näscher

ERCIS

Hans Näscher is a Master’s student of Business Informatics at the University of Münster and a student assistant for the Future Mobility Lab. He was a participant in the second project seminar and thus part of the fraud detection project in collaboration with Transdev.
