Diese Frage stand im Mittelpunkt unseres Workshops zur nutzerzentrierten Entwicklung erkl\u00e4rbarer KI in der Betrugserkennung. F\u00fcnf Mitarbeiter von Transdev \u2013 von Gesch\u00e4ftsentwicklung bis Cash Management \u2013 entwickelten gemeinsam mit dem Future Mobility Lab eine &#8222;Transparenz-Matrix&#8220; f\u00fcr 23 KI-Gestaltungsprinzipien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das \u00fcberraschende Ergebnis: Die Priorit\u00e4ten der Nutzer wichen deutlich von Forscherannahmen ab. W\u00e4hrend visuelle Erkl\u00e4rungen und Benutzerfreundlichkeit Spitzenwerte erhielten, erwiesen sich vermeintlich wichtige Prinzipien als nachrangig. Besonders bemerkenswert war die klare Pr\u00e4ferenz f\u00fcr multimodale Ans\u00e4tze, die visuelle und textuelle Elemente intelligent kombinieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Workshop zeigt eindrucksvoll: Auch bei KI-Systemen im Mobilit\u00e4tsbereich gilt \u2013 nur nutzerorientierte Entwicklung f\u00fchrt zu erfolgreicher Implementierung.
